Shipping and Return Policy

Claims for Faulty Items

If you receive misprinted, damaged, or defective items, you must raise a claim within 10 days after delivery. For packages lost during transit, raise the claim within 10 days from the estimated delivery date. Contact us at support@faeforge.com. We are not liable for product damages or defects arising from shipping, improper handling, or improper storage.

Customized items

As your products are customized and made specifically for you, you cannot cancel your order or return your items unless they are misprinted, damaged, or defective.

Representation

Although we do our best to represent the products as accurately as possible on faeforge.com, colors and details in our website images may not be displayed entirely accurately, and sizes might occasionally be approximate. Such discrepancies are not acceptable causes for quality claims and returns. To make sure you get the best possible printing results from your design, please read our Design Guide.

Sealed Items

For health and safety, sealed items such as face masks cannot be returned. Sealed items sent back will not be available for reshipping and will be discarded.

Reporting Issues

For any concerns or discrepancies with your order, immediately submit a problem report to support@faeforge.com.

Incorrect Address Issues

Shipments returned because of an insufficient address will be sent back to our manufacturer. You will need to cover reshipment costs after verifying and updating the address.

Unclaimed Shipments

Any shipment that goes unclaimed will revert to our manufacturer. The cost for reshipping such items falls on you.

Fulfillment

The process of creating a product and fulfilling an order typically takes 2 to 5 business days. Please note that this is an estimate, and the actual fulfillment time may vary based on factors such as the product type, order location, and the specific timing of the order.

Shipping Time

Shipping times are subject to variation depending on product availability and the delivery destination. Please note that any shipping times provided are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delivery

After an order is fulfilled and shipped, it will be delivered to the designated end address. Once an order has been placed, it might not be possible to edit the order details or cancel it. If you encounter any issues with the shipment, such as an incorrect address, please contact us promptly, no later than 10 days after the arrival or expected arrival. Please note that we are not liable for delivery problems arising from incorrect information provided. While we are not obligated to make changes to your order after it has been placed, we will strive to assist on a case-by-case basis. In certain situations, you may need to reach out directly to the shipping carrier.
